Having broken into the first team in 2002-03, Meroulla will be hoping to keep the pressure on the regular forwards with good performances and goals. She joined some of her team-mates from the reserves in the first XI at the end of that season and grabbed a goal in typical style, stealing into the penalty area to finish off a cross into the danger zone. Meroulla never stops chasing defenders, making their life a nightmare and works well across the line to find space and to make well-timed runs into the goalmouth. A deadly finisher. |
