To find the ground, if you are coming from
the North on the A10, turn right at the traffic lights at White Hart Lane
and the ground is about a mile on the right.
If you are coming from the South on the
A10, turn left at the traffic lights at White Hart Lane and the ground is
about a mile on the right.
You can reach the ground from Green Lanes
(Wood Green) by turning into White Hart Lane and the ground is on the left
after about half a mile. |

| Public Transport
The nearest tube station is Wood Green
(Piccadilly Line). The bus that
runs past the Centre is the W3 from Finsbury Park to Northumberland
Park via Wood Green, Tottenham and the A10 junction with White Hart
Lane. For the Centre, get off at the junction of White Hart
Lane and Perth Road. Buses that
runs near the Centre are the 144 and the 123. Get off at the
Lordship Lane junction with Perth Road and then the Centre is a 10
minute walk away. You can catch the 29, 230, 232, 243 and 67
routes and follow the directions above for Wood Green where they
terminate or the bus routes W4, 121, 141, 144, 184, 232 and 329 which pass Wood
Green tube station. A good map
for buses in the vicinity of the Centre can be found at

The nearest BR train station is White
Hart Lane on the lines from Liverpool Street to Enfield Town or
Cheshunt. Once out of the station, catch a W3 from the same
side of the road as the station to the Centre.
The next nearest BR train station is
Bruce Grove on the same line. Once out of the station, catch a
123 or 243 towards Wood Green and then follow the instructions above
to get to the Centre. It is
possible to travel from Northumberland Park BR train station which
is on the Hertford East and the Liverpool Street to Cheshunt/Stansted
Express lines. Come out of the station, go past the shops, cross over Willoughby Lane and from the bus
stand take the W3 towards Wood Green/Alexandra Palace to the Centre. |

Equipment
The open sessions will take place on a third
generation artificial surface. This is a grass like surface
with a rubber crumb mix blended in with it to give the bounce and
texture of a natural pitch. Only moulded sole boots, astro-turf trainers or normal trainers with flat soles or blades are allowed ... boots with
metal/plastic studs are NOT to be worn on the pitches. If you arrive with these studs in your boots you will NOT be able to take part in the
open sessions. Please wear shirt/shorts/socks for the
trial. Shinpads MUST be worn. Bring a track suit top, waterproof if possible, in case of wet weather. Goalkeepers may wear track suit bottoms if they wish and must bring
gloves. They should also bring a cap in case of bright
sunshine. |

Parking
Limited pay and display parking is
available at the Centre. Please note that is you do not pay
for your parking and display your ticket you will be clamped.
Outside the Centre, you will have to
find on-street parking in the nearby roads.

| On the day
Please bring sufficient drink to
rehydrate - this is vital and especially so if the weather is hot. You may also wish to bring sun-screen if the weather is hot.
Please arrive at least 20 minutes before
the scheduled start time to make sure you are registered before the
open sessions commence.
All players must be registered before
taking part. Any medical conditions should be noted
in the player's registration. |
