The Reserves take their unbeaten record to West Ham United on Sunday full of confidence after a fine 4-2 win over a strong Crystal Palace side.  West Ham have had victories over Dagenham & Redbridge and Enfield 3rds, but lost 2-4 to QPR reserves last week, leaving them fifth, while Spurs currently top the table on goals scored.

The game sees a return to the squad for Steph Jones, who has been suffering with injury of late in place of Dom Clarke, who suffered a nasty knock on the head in last Sunday's match.  We hope she will be back playing soon.

Sam Chase is added to the striking options along with Meroulla Lazarou after her hat-trick last week in the Youth team.

Squad for the game : -
Tina Hills, Kesha Heaven, Jenny Homer, Handan Djoshkoun, Clare Halfpenny, Jenny Curtis, Di Gardiner, Lucy Palmer, Kim McGhee, Rosi Webb, Meroulla Lazarou, Sam Chase, Steph Jones.

Tottenham Hotspur Ladies Reserves v Denham United Reserves
Greater London Women's Regional Football League - Reserve Division One
Sunday 5th October 2003  -  Kick Off  14.00 p.m.
Venue : Frederick Knights Sports Ground, Willoughby Lane, Tottenham, London N17
Lee Miller takes charge of the Reserves for this clash with the Ladies from Denham United, in what is traditionally a tough meeting.

With a few players suffering from knocks in the last few weeks, it is hoped the core of the team can take to the field and carry on the fine work they have carried out so far.  Kirsty Patterson returns to the squad this week and Cas Brown might link up with the Reserves if she is not with the First team.

Any thoughts of last week's match with West Ham United Reserves will need to erase the phase of the game just after half-time, when the team let the home side in for a couple of soft goals and concentrate more on their play in the last third of the match, when the Ladies formed a much more solid unit.

Kick off is at 2pm - Fred Knights

Squad for the game : -
Tina Hills, Jenny Homer, Handan Djoshkoun, Di Gardiner, Jenny Curtis, Kesha Heaven, Lucy Palmer
Kim McGhee, Rosi Webb, Kirsty Patterson, Meroulla Lazarou, Steph Jones, Sam Chase, Cas Brown (if not with the First Team)

With a disappointing postponement last week, the Reserves will be looking to pick up from where they left off against West Ham Reserves a fortnight ago.

The squad are in good health as they approach this match and will be looking to take all three points for the second time against Clapton Orient Reserves this season.  With the Ladies in good scoring form and the remainder of the team working hard, you wouldn't put it past them, but the opposition should not be taken lightly.

New signing Tor will be ready to play a part in midfield, while the rest of the squad look to prolong their unbeaten record.

Squad for the game : -  Tina Hills, Dom Clarke, Handan Djoshkoun, Di Gardiner, Jenny Homer, Jenny Curtis, Lucy Palmer, Meroulla Lazarou, Kim McGhee, Kirsty Patterson, Rosi Webb, Kesha Heaven, Tor, Sam Chase

Greater London Women's Regional Football League - Reserve Division One

Spurs welcome the only team who have managed to take a point off them so far this season, when Watford Reserves come to FKs.

After struggling on a bumpy pitch and with a strong gusty wind making it difficult for long periods last week against Clapton Orient Reserves, the Spurs Ladies Reserves will be glad to get back home to play this top of the table clash.

With a full strength squad, the Tottenham side will be hopeful of taking the game to Watford, but they are well aware of the dangers that lurk in the Hornets side and will have been working on this in training this week to ensure they neutralise any threats made by the visitors.

Squad for the game : -  Tina Hills, Dom Clarke, Handan Djoshkoun, Di Gardiner, Jenny Homer, Kesha Heaven, Jenny Curtis, Lucy Palmer, Kirsty Patterson, Kim McGhee, Rosi Webb, Meroulla Lazarou

Spurs will face a tough task against West Ham Reserves in what is always a closely fought game.

After a week off, the Tottenham side return to action with a welcome addition to the squad in the form of Gemma Coots, who has been ruled out so far this season through illness.  The rest of the squad are fit and raring to put the narrow loss in their last game behind them to get back on winning ways.

After a long Christmas break, the Reserves are itching to get back into action and face Enfield 3rds in a local derby for their first match of 2004.

With calls on the squad from the first team, some players have had to be brought up from the Youth team and they will need to be at their best to gain points from this local rival, who narrowly lost the reverse match at FK's a few weeks back, by only one goal.

Squad for the game : -  Tina Hills, Dom Clarke, Di Gardiner, Jenny Homer, Kesha Heaven, Jenny Curtis, Lucy Palmer, Kim McGhee, Rosi Webb, Meroulla Lazarou, Sarah Green, Ruth Waghorn, Mel Berry
