The Under 12's playing
their first ever Herts. Girls Football League fixture secured a 5-2
victory over Stevenage Borough Juniors with goals from Bonnie Cullinan,
Chanade Watson, Laura Parker, Jessica Richards and Lillie Chapman.
The
under 12's continue to develop fast with a 5-0 victory over Garston Girls.
Danah Grant-White had an excellent game at centre-half. The goals came
from Chanade Watson 2, Jessica Richards, Bonnie Cullinan and Emma Marshall.
The under 12's pulled back three times to level the
score against Hemel Hempstead in the Herts. Girls League before losing to
goal in the last four minutes. The goalscorers were Bonnie Cullinan 2 and
Jessica Richards.
In a game of many chances, the under
12's were unlucky to finish 4-2 losers against Harpenden Colts in the
Herts Girls League. The Spurs scorers were captain Chanade Watson and
Laura Parker.
The girls maintained
their good form with a big win over Watford at Frederick
Knight's.
Winger Jessica Richards
and forward Laura Parker were the stars with two goals apiece. Centre half
Danah Grant-White with a 25 yard strike and captain Chanade Watson were
the other scorers.
The junior section travelled to Northern
France on Saturday to play a series of friendly fixtures against Allenes
les Marais.
The under 12's got things off to a flying
start with a 4 - 1 victory with goals from Chanade Watson, two from
Jessica Richards and another scored by Roisin Fletcher. Keeper
Rebecca Williams also made several good saves.
Bonnie
Cullinan lead the way with four goals as the under-12's ran out convincing
8-0 winners over St. Albans Rangers in the Herts Girls League. The other
goals came from Rebecca Williams, Lillie Chapman, Jessica Richards and
Emma Marshall.
Tottenham
Under 12's were comfortable winners at Rickmansworth.Bonnie Cullinan lead the way with a hat-trick
and the
other Spurs goals came from Laura Parker (2) and Lillie Chapman.
The Under 12's marched
into the semi-finals of the HGFL League Cup with a comprehensive 9-0
victory over Rickmansworth Ladies. Bonnie Cullinan lead the way with a
hat-trick with the other goals coming from Laura Parker (2), Jessica
Richards, Yasha Lisiki, Chanade Watson and Roisin Fletcher.
The Under 12's put up a
solid performance to beat Garston Girls 4-0 in the HGFL. Star of the show
was winger Jessica Richards with two goals with further goals coming from
Bonnie Cullinan and captain Chanade Watson.
The Under 12s can count
themselves slightly unlucky to have slipped to a 2-0 defeat against
Harpenden Town Colts in the HGFL.
After conceding an early
goal, Spurs battled back into the game giving high flying Harpenden a run
for their money. A penalty opportunity would have put Spurs back into the
game but the Under 12's penalty hoodoo continued with the Harpenden keeper
saving captain Chanade Watson's kick.
Harpenden sealed the game
with a well struck shot late in the game.
The Under 12's put on
polished performance in atrocious conditions with a fine 5-0 victory over
Watford Ladies in the Hertfordshire Girls Football League.
The Spurs
goalscorers were Jessica Richards (2), Laura Parker, Roisin Fletcher and
Chanade Watson.
The Under 12's produced a
fine 8-0 victory over St. Albans Rangers in the HGFL on Sunday.
With a series of injuries
and illnesses, Spurs were only able to put out a basic eleven players and
several players were playing out of position.
Midfielder Roisin
Fletcher proved the star of the show moving up to the centre forward
position and bagging five goals. Further goals coming from Bonnie Cullinan
2 and Jessica Richards.

The Under 12's put up a
brave performance in narrowly losing 2-1 in the HGFL League Cup semi-final
against Hitchin Belles. Hitchin went in at the break 1-0 up but
Spurs fought back brilliantly, going close on a number of occasions,
before striker Ifrah Ahmed scored with five minutes remaining to level the
scores.
Unfortunately, Hitchin
hit back almost immediately to take the lead again with three minutes
left. The team showed tremendous character and are the youth section's
most improved club since the turn of the year.
The
Under 12's hit ten for the first time this season in defeating
Rickmansworth Ladies in the HGFL. Ifrah Ahmed lead the lead with
four goals with further goals Jessica Richards (2), Laura Parker, Bonnie
Cullinan, Chanade Watson and Rebecca Williams.
The
Under 12's produced their best result of the season to date when the beat
top of the table Hitchin Belles 2-1 in HGFL.
Spurs
took the lead through a well taken Bonnie Cullinan goal mid-way through
the first half, although Hitchin Belles quickly drew the game level after
the Spurs defence failed to clear.
Spurs
regained the lead again through Cullinan's second goal ten minutes into
the second half. The game then swung from end-to-end with the
central defence partnership of Danah Grant-White and Rochelle Alexander in
superb form throughout.
With
ten minute to go, keeper Rebecca Williams pulled off an excellent save to
help maintain the slender one goal advantage.
