The Under 15’s took on a late friendly against recently formed Heatwave (Hackney) ahead of next week’s League Cup Semi Final against Bedwell Rangers.
After an tight opening 10 minutes, Spurs took control of the game and managed to secure a comprehensive 13-2 victory through goals from Alex Small (5), Rebecca Hunneyball (2), trialist Dee Gilbert (2), Stauroulla Panayiotou (2), Ryah Vyse and Charlie Archer.

|
The Under 15s put up a brave fight before slipping to a 3-1 defeat to Bedwell Rangers in the semi-final of the HCGF League Cup on Sunday.
Spurs applied the pressure in the opening 15 minutes, but Bedwell came back into the game before the break with two quick strikes.
Spurs took the game to Bedwell in the second half, but the majority of attacks were breaking down in the last third.
With two minutes remaining, Bethany Hunter-Scott managed to steal through to give Spurs a late lifeline. However, whilst pushing for the equalizer, Bedwell snatched a third goal in stoppage time. GLENN WEAVER |

A 0-0 scoreline between two middle table side might suggest a slightly boring end of season game but the Under 15’s league game against Harvesters was far from that. Both teams showed great commitment throughout with efforts hitting the woodwork from both Spurs and Harvesters forwards. GLENN WEAVER |

The Under 15s completed their league season with a comfortable 4-0 victory over Barking Ladies on Sunday.
Spurs played some nice controlled football in the early stages and went ahead after good close-down work from Rebecca Hunneyball, who saw her pass tapped in inches short of the line by goal-poacher Joy Dutch.
In the second half, Bethany Brown-Hunter-Scott scrambled Spurs second goal following a Leesa Shields corner. A mazy run and a fine finish from an acute angle from Ryah Vyse saw Tottenham three up before Alex Small completed the scoring following a strong run from Patrizia Leo down Spurs right.
Third choice keeper Sophie Petros can be proud of keeping a clean sheet, but I now look forward to the return of Ricole Vyse between the sticks for season 2007/8. GLENN WEAVER |
